When reporting a problem, it helps to include your device model, iOS version, and what you were doing when it happened.
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple account, not by us. To view, change, or cancel:
Cancelling at least 24 hours before your renewal date stops the next charge. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
Reinstalled the app or changed device? Open Nocotine and tap Restore on the subscription screen while signed in with the same Apple account you purchased with.
You can delete your account and its data from inside the app: Profile → Delete account. This removes your profile, logs, and group activity from our servers and cannot be undone.
